it was very simple, i was called in and asked questions about the job. very straight forward and training afterwards which was in depth with a lot of requirements and knowledge training about customer service, the products and safety

There were two interview rounds. Round 1 started in November and consisted of answering generated questions through HireVue. Round 2 started Late February/Early March. I was interviewed by someone from the department that I was interested in. Ralph Lauren then informs you if you passed the second round within a few days.
