Really friendly interview with store manager. Customer service customer focus questions- one on one- very quick to make offer of employment. Really enjoyable process .
Started within a few weeks, great on boarding and I store training.

When have you delivered exceptional customer service.
2 interviews, a recorded video then a second round with team manager. Recorded interview had questions about marketing experience, why you wanted to work at RL and general get to know you questions.
A couple hours blocked for 1 day. Met with a bunch of management from various departments. Dressed well and polished. A lot of questions about growth and improvements implemented. More questions about personal achievements and improvements made.
