Question 1
How would you handle a customer that is being difficult?
I applied online. I interviewed at Ralph Lauren (Charlotte, NC) in Jun 2020
Interview
The interview went pretty straight forwards as to what i could bring to the table and how i would do so. What my salary expectations are and my experience in the field of which i was applying for.
Great process, felt like they took time to get to know me and let me know all of my responsibilities. They also introduced me to each department heading. This helped me get to know the business better. The process was a bit long but felt worth it in the end.
