Interview
The phone interview was quick and informative. They asked about the latest 3 projects I'm proud of, my management style, my background and experience. They asked why would I want to work for RL specifically. Do your research about the company and its values. They walked me through the team and the process, and the expectations for my role. Overall it went smooth.
