I never made it past the first stage, which was conducted via HireVue. Very average HireVue experience--you get practice tests before doing the real interview, then you get two minutes to answer each question with two tries.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Ralph Lauren (Glendale, AZ) in May 2025
Interview
One-on-one conversation with the general manager of the store, who was very kind and genuinely interested to learn about me. Asked some questions about me as an individual and my personal affiliations with the brand.
Had a one on one interview with a manager then a second interview with the store managers. very relaxed and asked basic questions about my availability, experience and hypothetical questions when dealing with customers. Heard back within a week.
