Interview
I applied online and received a phone call within a few hours about scheduling an interview. The interview mostly consisted of casual conversations about previous employment/work experiences. Manager was very nice and engaging. I felt very comfortable in the 1 on 1 interview. I brought a copy of my resume to the interview which I think helped a lot, even though it isn't really necessary.
The store manager asked for introduction first and asked some questions regarding to previous experiences. They were quiet kind and explained the main responsibilities of the role and a short description of their ideal candidates.
