We had to wear something "Ralph Lauren" vibe and then stand up and give an example of how we would sell and interact with a customer. It was in a group setting, then we did one on one interviews in the same room, one at a time.
The store manager asked for introduction first and asked some questions regarding to previous experiences. They were quiet kind and explained the main responsibilities of the role and a short description of their ideal candidates.
