Initially, i had walked in looking to see if they were hiring. This was around the holiday season, so they were looking for positions to fill. I had applied as a sales associate but then i was hired as a cashier. The interview was very straight forward, nothing to complicated. It consisted of just a 1:1 interview and after and assessment test.

Really subtle and fast and the interviewers were nice. Easy interview for a high schooler. Good environment. Also was in a coinvent spot at the time and was always busy.

I had an interview on the spot but I've sat through some group interviews lately and they mostly asked about your previous experience and how the company would benefit from having you work there. It really depends on the manager on how your interview goes, but most of the time it goes smooth and easy.
