I applied in-person. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Ralph Lauren in May 2014
Interview
I went in to the store to get an application and turned it in the next week (because that's when they told me to). They were in the process of hiring their hiring manager so it took about 5 weeks to hear back from them. I finally got a call from the new manager asking for an interview. It didn't take long and afterwards she schedule another interview for the next day with the general manager. He gave me the job at the end of the interview and offered a larger salary than I was expecting. So, once I finally heard back from them it didn't take long at all to get hired.
