The interview was in their UK offices. It consisted of a presentation by the HR representatives followed by introductions with the buyers over breakfast. There was an ice breaker with the group. The main interview process consisted of a Range Planning activity while being observed by the buying team and then presenting back to the group. A one-to-one interview and maths test followed.
