Super simple and straight forward. Takes a while to get back to you and you might have to be aggressive as they tend to forget with manager's being in charge of so many associates.

How would you handle a difficult customer that was obviously in the wrong?
The store manager asked for introduction first and asked some questions regarding to previous experiences. They were quiet kind and explained the main responsibilities of the role and a short description of their ideal candidates.
