Initial interview was over the phone. This was followed up with 2 face to face interviews. Last their was an interview with 2 executives.At this point it was down to 2 candidates. The interviews were relaxed in nature. The usual questions. Review of my background; what I was most proud of; least proud of; why I wanted to work for Polo Ralph Lauren. They answered all my questions without hesitation. They are very professional and very proud of their brand. If you interview with them, be yourself, and be prepared to wait for weeks at a time before hearing back from them on status of the position - "hurry up and wait".
