Rakuten Software Engineer interview questions

The interviews were not very much technical but related to projects and all done during my engineering. Also, some HR type questions were also asked like what are your short term and long term goals, why should I hire you and son on so forth. In all, interview was not very much difficult and they didn't ask any coding question as the interview was on skype.

First round is a online code test. It is about area overlapped by two rectangles. Second is a skype interview with two of their technical engineers. They will ask you to introduce yourself first. Then,it is the question session. They like asking some fundamental questions like questions about operating system, compilers so study them well. They will also ask you some questions about projects you have done or doing. I am waiting for the third round.
