Rakuten Software Engineer interview questions

The main focus was on the programming test. The interviewer was positive, but they were not looking for a Ph.D. The interviewer spoke nice English and there were no issues. He recommended me to apply for other departments of Rakuten which is related to AI research. The competition is high, but I recommend Rakuten to the people interested in e-commerce and technology.

I applied online then they email me back to schedule an interview.during the interview, they asked some basic questions like tell me about your self and what project have you done. after the interview, I waited a few days to get an update.
