coding testing in codility and 3 rounds of interviews thought zooom Why did you apply for ? Why did you want to work at Japan? Why did you want to work for this position ?

I applied in compus for the new grad position. INPD Dept. 1 round OA, then document screening. 2 round interview. Tech questions and behavior questions like motivation to join us, your future career plan etc. Overall atmosphere was good. Sadly no offer. It seems they prefer the students who have studied in Japan rather oversea students.
