Rakuten interview questions

You go in for a presentation from the CTO (Chief Technology Office). You then get separated into groups based on what you're applying to. They bring you into a room to take a 2 hour test. It is a case study and asks you a couple of open-ended questions along with drawing two diagrams. After the test, they will have their team members interview you base on your resume and answers you've provided.

The interview began with two different people, one of which who I had been communicating with via email and I spoke with during the phone interview. After about twenty minutes they left and I interviewed with two more people that were higher in status. That lasted about 45 minutes then I had a brief interview with one of the main guys in the office.
