Rakuten interview questions

This interview process is extremely lengthly. At first they spend at least a week revewing your initial resume. After that you're administered a timed programming test which is rather difficult (i was told no one in my group got the entire thing correct). After that you go through approximately 4 more interviews all spaced about a week from one another (they are all held on Skype). Many of them will include technical grilling, but nothing over the top. Overall the entire interview process takes approximately 4 - 5 weeks before the offer.

2 interview sessions with engineers/managers. In these interviews I was asked technical and behavioral questions. 2 interview sessions with executives. It seems that they were final-checking behavior and personality.
