Interview
I'm actually still in the interviewing process, so I can't say I have or have not gotten an offer as I'm waiting for the next step. They came out to my university for a job fair and info session. The info they presented at the info session really made me want to work for them, so I got an interview the next day. The recruiter was very nice, she basically asked me questions from my resume (i.e. what I did when I worked at certain jobs, etc). The time flew. Pretty much, you they ask about your work experiences and then where you would like to work, etc. Nice interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Which positions have you applied for with Raytheon (they ask you to apply for some positions before the interview so that you can provide them with the job numbers)?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at RTX (Woburn, MA) in Aug 2009
Interview
Filled out a series of forms from a 3rd party HR outfit by the internet days before. Had a presentation about how wonderful the company is (about an hour), then had 4 one hour interviews.
Unfortunately the interviewers did not seem terribly interested in interviewing. It almost seemed as though HR had set this up to fulfill a requirement to interview some number candidates before they could select the person that they had already picked out.
They promised a response after a week or so, but after 3 weeks of nothing, even when I ask, I get the feeling its "Don't call us, we'll call you".

Question 1
Interviewer expressed a concern that since prior experience was with a small company with a lot of freedom that I might not be possible to manage. I assume that this was to mean that they thought I might not be able to be part of a team.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RTX (Andover, MA) in Apr 2009
Interview
I received an email from one of the HR people responsible for talent acquisition, and she asked me if I was interested in applying for an internship. She told me to email her my resume if I was interested and she would circulate it among the hiring managers and would get in contact with me if any of them were interested. She contacted me the following day and told me somebody was interested and I should expect to receive a phone call later that week to set up an interview. I eventually did receive the call and a phone interview was set up for a few days later. I only received one phone interview before I received an offer, the offer came packaged in a UPS envelope about one week later and said my acceptance of the offer would be contingent upon passing a background check and drug test. The overall process was very professional and efficient and I was able to take care of everything that needed to be done without ever meeting face to face with any one from the company (the job was not in my home state so I didn't see anyone from the company until my first day of work). To sum it up I had a very smooth interview and hiring process.
