Quest Global Project Engineer interview questions

The interview process didn't give me actual information about the job I was hired for. It was more like a bait and switch situation in which I was told that I would be doing 1 job just to be hired for a different one. I was also promised promotion within 6-12 months based on my work experience but that never happened.

Called by recruiter and asked about myself and skills. They called me later to schedule an in-person interview. Questions were mainly behavioral ranging from how do I handle conflicts or confrontation to what am I like as a person. I was able to ask all my questions after the interview and they were very helpful and provided useful answers.
