Met with 3 people. They had my resume printed and asked me: Tell us a little about yourself? The original interview was for a different position, but after talking about my background, they called me the next day for a more technical position and asked if I understood lab instructions. Then, the offer came the next day. Interview not too formal or stressful over all.
