I applied through college or university. I interviewed at PwC
Interview
There was a reception dinner the night prior to the first round interview. There was a 30 minute on campus behavioral interview with a manager. Just went through the resume and talked about sports, music, etc. A few general behavioral questions followed. Got an email 3 days later saying that they waned me to come to a second round interview in NYC.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time when you set a goal and didn't reach it. What did you do to ultimately reach that goal.
On campus was a standard behavioral interview. Second round was on site and consisted of three more behavioral interviews. They focus a lot on fit and your knowledge of the company/job. Be sure to not dive into anything without being able to talk extensively about it. These were not easy behaviorals, they try to get under your skin and see how you would react with a tough client. Stay poised, honest, and knowledgeable.

Question 1
What advice would you give firm XXXX (where you had your last internship) moving forward?
I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at PwC (Philadelphia, PA) in Oct 2012
Interview
I apply from my university's job fair. And got an on campus interview with them. I supposed to meet with one manager, but he introduced me to another director. So I talked to two people on that day.
Two days later, they invited me to their office on Fri. I visited there and did three behavior interviews, plus some detailed questions based on my Resume. The whole process was smooth, and no difficult questions. But they reject me on Mon., I cannot think of any reason for that. Maybe they just want to find some cheap kids to work for them.
