Interview
An HR interview over the phone, followed by an assessment centre day spent at the office - case discussion and presentation within a group of 6 people. After that, I had an interview with a partner and a senior manager which was mostly based on behavioural and fit questions. The process was relatively fast - 1 month.

Applied direct as experienced hire. One interview with senior manager and then final interview with partner. Very standard questions about their values and current business trends. First interview was standard competency questions and very rushed as she had a client meeting afterwards. Second interview, partner was very laid back.

The first round was a test like a GMAT.
The second round was called Assessment center which included a group interview and manager interview. Once you passed the AC test, you would get to the final round, partner interview. It was all about talking about your background.
But my interview was in 2011 and I heard now the interview process has changed.
