PwC Associate/Senior Associate interview questions

The interview process consisted of two technical rounds, both of which were primarily focused on technical competencies, with a few behavioural questions included. Overall, it was a positive interview experience. There was also an HR screening round at the beginning of the process, followed by a salary discussion after the interviews. The team culture can vary depending on the Partner leading the team. While some Partners provide significant autonomy, others tend to adopt a more hands-on or detailed management style.

The interview process is quite extensive starting with an HR call followed by multiple interviews with managers from different departments. One interview was with a manager in a specialised team in another country. In addition, PwC takes a lot of time to get back to candidates. The interview process and take more than 6 months.
