What are the key skills you need to thrive in this role?
2 back to back 30 minute interveiws with a partner and a director. Asked many teamwork questions, heavily behaviorals. Overall very easy and clear interview process. Would recommend to others.
Be able to answer behaviorals and questions about relevant coursework. Be able to answer why audit, why accounting, and why this firm. Interview wasn’t technical but still asked questions to see if you know what you’re talking about, just being in class, I was able to answer these questions
