I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Prudential (New York, NY) in Aug 2023
Interview
Ten minute Hirevue, then a one hour on-site superday (2 back to back rounds). Two weeks later, the recruiter actually called just to reject me, so don't get excited if you get a call from them. Questions were also way too difficult for an entry level position. One interviewer was very condescending and made me feel bad for not taking accounting (as an econ major).
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe how you would analyze credit risk for random industries (eg. plant pot manufacturing company). In-depth accounting/financial statements questions. Pitch a stock. Debt vs equity financing.
First round process was video recorded interviews with three questions. You were given the chance to practice beforehand. The next interview steps were a meeting with a recruiter through a live virtual interview.
