Interview
Very standard first round interview. Started with introducing myself and walking through the resume. Manager introduced the company and requirement for the position.
Candidate would need to take a course to learn about the financial products before work commence. This would be a commission only position. Company will sponsor candidates to take the 6 series exam to become a certified financial adviser.

Phone interview followed the online application. From there there were then 2 interviews in person which detail expectations within the position and your compensation structure, which is an entirely separate interview.

Interview
Met with the Manager of Financial Services after being invited to a recruiting presentation.
She explained how the hiring process would flow before I could be employed. Assuming the Manager would like to consider you for hire, there is a personality test specifically related to ethics. After passing the personality test, I met with the District Manager and he asked me some basic interview questions as well. After that I was admitted to the San Jose office and began my licensing.
