The interview process was very straightforward, the focus of the interview was the overview of the company and how the compensation is broken down. Overall, it was a very laid-back first interview.

I did a 20-minute call with a recruiter. The conversation was great, she seemed to care about me as a person whether or not I continued with Prudential. I chose not to continue the hiring process because the position had no base salary.
