Prudential Director interview questions

Numerous steps: phone screen with recruiter, phone interview with Director of HR, phone interview with Director/peer in the role for which I was applying, phone interview with executive, phone interview with hiring manager executive

Had 7 interviews spanning 60 days as well as an assessment. Communication was severely lacking from the Prudential Talent Acquisition team. I always had to follow up with them and weeks later they would respond. I lost interest in this job and the process regardless of the outcome. This is not how you get someone excited to work for your organization.
