I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Pfizer (Boston, MA) in Aug 2022
Interview
The interviewer was really nice, but you need to make sure you're competent on the projects you've worked on as they ask specifics. You need to demonstrate that you really understand the science. It also helps to be personable too.
very standard interview process. first with the HR, then the Hiring manager, and the last round with the team. No tricky questions. Basically just getting to know you more and your experience in the past.
Had an interview with this branch months ago in 2021. My advise: don't work for a company whose hiring managers tend to be rude and disruptive while the candidates tries to speak. I felt violated but didn't show my frustration when the hiring manager kept cutting me in between.
I get the 30 minute block but what I don't understand is disruptive flow. Rude and condescending behavior. Felt robotic and deadpan face bored of work.
