Interview
I have applied through recruitment agency in February 2018. There was initial screening call from recruitment agency where they asked about background, relevant experience, availability and explained about role and company. I was selected and invited for a telephonic interview from the company where merely 5 questions were asked on gmp, night shifts, prior experience. Then there was invitation for digital interview which asked merely 3 questions. Then I was invited for Assessment center where a video was presented explaining company products, many staff were present to answer questions and queries. Then 5 rounds of aptitude tests were conducted on numerical, spatial,comprehension, grammar, observation and a group discussion.
I applied online. I interviewed at Pfizer (Dublín, Dublín) in Apr 2017
Interview
its star from recruiter, got a call from recruiter asked few Q .than got call for screening and hire voe video interview. after that they call me for assessment center.
Phone call with Q's like what do you know about the company, what products they make, how would you deal with a conflict between you and a fellow employee etc.
Next stage is assessment centre.. a series of aptitude tests followed by a group discussion.
Final interview (the day after) competency based questions.
