Firstly an online questionnaire, then a ten minute screening phonecalls. Know about GMP, Pfizer products and show you want to stay longterm Then invited to an assessment centre, finally a competency based interview that required a lot of STAR based answers.

There were several stages to the interview, firstly it was an online assessment, then a phone call interview which lead to a video chat interview and then an assessment day on site. Unfortunately I didn’t make it passed this section.
