At the first stage you are asked general HR questions. The task is not too hard but is not intuitive either. The metrics are all confusing and I wasn't always entirely sure what they were referring to. My last interview was actually where I knew I am not making it further, the hiring manager was more interested in responding to Slack messages than listening to me.
