Interview
The interview process was three parts, although it was never made clear if these were all the stages as they said they were still confirming this. However my experience was the following:
- Screening call with recruiter
- Interview with hiring manager
- Team fit interview
After my third (and final) interview, I was sent an email to say the conversation went well and that they were working on confirmation of next steps - seemingly positive! However after chasing for almost 2 weeks after this email, I got an email to say I would not be moving forward as the criteria for the role had changed and the team was taking time to reevaluate the role. This would have been fine, however the job was then reposted (as it was taken down due to too many applicants). I would have appreciated constructive feedback and the truth when it came to my candidacy, as I don’t fully believe I am getting the full story.
