Hello, thank you for giving us feedback on our interviews. Hearing what people think is how we get better, so we always appreciate it.
We apologise that it took you so long to get to the interview. The world of a hypergrowth startup is a complex one, and sometimes we have to put one priority on hold in order to properly address another one. But we know that when you're job hunting waiting can be frustrating.
We do ask some unusual/special questions on our interviews, but we think TravelPerk is an unusual/special place to work. We find that these questions are a good way of assessing a candidate's suitability. We put a lot of thought into putting our customer support team together as offering a 7-star service is a vital part of our mission and strategy. So while these questions still help us do that, we'll keep them.
