Question 1
What is your past experience as a Product Manager?
Thank you for sharing your experience. We're sorry to hear it was negative and hope you had the chance to share your feedback with our recruitment team for us to improve upon. Wishing you all the best in your job search!
Worst interview process of my life. After sending out my CV, the recruiter asked me about my availability to do the first interview. However, this recruiter would ask for my availability, I would provide a wide range of dates, and then every single time would send me an invite for a date outside of the dates I specified. It's not that she would say she's not available at those times and ask for a different set of dates, she would just send invites for dates where I'm not available without comment. She would do this every single time and even after two weeks we didn't manage to have the interview. Can she not read? I literally have no other explanation because I would very clearly write my availability and every time she would do the same again. I specified my timezone so it wasn't that. Even worse, SHE DID NOT SHOW UP TO THE INTERVIEW TWICE. And she didn't apologize for it, either! You may think that this is one bad apple in the company, but no. I contacted her boss and politely explained her subordinate's behaviour. She offered a generic apology but didn't ask the name of the recruiter or offered any other steps. This means that her boss is OK with her workers not showing up to interviews TWICE without any kind of explanation or apology. This says a lot about the company. I will certainly not apply again.
