Interview
They contacted me pretty quickly after I submitted my application and we scheduled a screening call (20 mins with the senior Talent Aquisition).
3 days later I had the 30min interview with the hiring manager.
2 days later I was invited for the 3rd round. It was (supposed to be) a 1 hour call with the hiring and sales manager, where I present the case studies I was asked to prep, then Q&A and generic interview. The call was scheduled for a week later (including Easter break).
The evening before the interview senior HR reached out and asked to resubmit my presentation, as my recruiter had no chance to share it before she went on annual leave.
The next morning (day of the interview) a coordinator emailed me that the call has to be postponed due to the hiring manager falling sick and she rescheduled it for next week.
The next day the same coordinator informed me that the interview process was on hold, the call is cancelled and my recruiter will contact me upon her return from the annual leave.
And next week, upon her return, she sent me the basic template email that any applicant would receive, saying they choose another candidate.
I asked for more details and feedback, but received no reply.
I believe that under the circumstances this is not the way to communicate with a (senior) applicant.
They promise 7-star experience for their customers, but apparently not for their (potential) employees.

The recruiter reached out about the role. We scheduled a 30 min phone call which went well. The recruiter never reached back out regarding any next steps or anything at all.

Interview
The interview process took about 3-4 weeks. I had three short Skype interviews and then came to the office to meet my managers. The interview process was quite long, however, they really need to make sure you are the right person when it comes to the position and also fit in the culture. The last step was to provide references.
