Perk Account Executive interview questions

First interview went well, second one not so much. Hiring manager did not show any interest from the beginning of the interview, showed up 5 minutes late (virtual), and barely answered any questions. When given feedback I had shown I had more than enough sales skills but I didn’t answer why I wanted to work there well enough and I didn’t have enough SaaS experience (spent two years in SaaS). Hiring manager focused on my irrelevant experience more than my relevant experience and I had to clear the same things up multiple times. Please actually try to engage when interviewing instead of just going through the motions.

Smooth process that in total took 2-3 weeks. Was connected with a recruiter then passed onto the manager of the team and had a great interview with them. The next interview was with same manager and SVP where I was given a case study to complete. The last interview was a "culture fit" one who was with Chief of Staff.
