PepsiCo Brand Manager interview questions

Interview was agreed for one time, but started much later. It was held by HR manager. He looked very very tired. I applied via top recruiting website in our region: HeadHunter. All my professional and educational achievements were clearly stated in my application together with expected salary, but the HR manager was a bit unfamiliar with my CV. They did not call me back, I have been either unsuccessful or overqualified, but in case of my passing the interview, I would not have considered them as my employer in this particular country.

first Interview was with the line manager, he took the technical in detail interview, regarding my know how of branding, he asked few analytical questions as well. it went for 30 min. Second interview was with HR manager, he just took my back ground and why i want to leave my job. He was insistent that I will leave the job within 2-3 years for no reason. Never got a call for the assessment center when I was really expecting one.
