PepsiCo Brand Manager interview questions

Case study: 90 minutes time to prepare for an extremely generic and nothing to do with marketing case. In instructions NOTHING tells you about the real aim of this case study: to check how good you read between the lines and detect escalations within the written communications. I found it misleading, disappointing and maybe even unethical, since the task did not reflect the aim of the exercise. Further questions were rather direct and even aggressive: "What is your management style", or statements like: "Your previous employer has a terrible reputation". After the interview I was very much doubting my if I should consider PepsiCo as an employer at all.
