Pearson Enrollment Advisor interview questions

Applied online and was contacted by a recruiter about a week later. Recruiter forgot to call me for initial scheduled phone screen, had to reschedule for the next day. The recruiter in general seemed to have little idea of what the position actually did on a daily basis, mostly talked about the company as a whole. After the phone screen there was an in-person interview with two managers of the enrollment team

First I received a virtual video request to record my answers and submit that by webcam. I met with 2 mgrs. from the documents department, 2 mgrs. from associates department, and 2 mgrs. from the enrollment department. I was requested to write 2 different essays researching their company. I interviewed for the Enrollment Associate position and was declined because they felt I was over qualified in May. Received a follow-up in Jul offering employment as an Enrollment Advisor. They were hiring based on their best fit, and not the employees. If you are truly seeking a career consider different options. My references were not checked either they just keep it in a database.
