I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Pearson (Columbia, MD) in Jul 2016
Interview
A group interview. They do a lot of excercises and group work to determine who they want. There was about 3-4 hiring managers at the interview all switching out doing different tests with us. We had name tags and had to introduce ourselves. We also wrote a letter in the interview.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Pearson (Chandler, AZ) in Jan 2017
Interview
I had a phone interview with the recruiter; She then set up a face to face interview with the hiring manager the following week. Because of my years experience in the field, I was comfortable with the interview; I felt good about it. I actually felt like I nailed it and based on feedback from the employee referral I really felt like I got the job. I was crushed when I didn't.
