OutSystems Software Engineer interview questions

The first interview took place with 2 OutSystems people. One of them from the HR team and the other from the team I was applying to. This was great since it allowed a better explanation of what the job was and made it straightforward to cover any questions I may have had. The following two interviews were technical, checking how much a foundation I had in the technologies I specified myself, the way these were conducted felt mostly like a conversation, which was great. Also, the time between the interviews and the feedback was amazing. I always got feedback the day after the interview. That itself made me trust the way the company works a lot more.

The recruiter was great. The first interviewer assumed I was a Trump supporter and both interviewers acted hostile after that assumption (I'm not). Went on telling other candidates about me and my assumed political position. They don't seem to understand the differences in acceptable behavior between Europe and the United States. Feedback said I had poor customer service skills after working in customer-facing roles successfully for over 5 years. The team manager does not understand how indexing works and tried to tell me that re-indexing a table after every input is faster than auto-indexing. The language barrier is a huge problem for US employees because the questions were not worded properly and the initial assessment had grammatical and logical errors everywhere.
