The recruiter was great. The first interviewer assumed I was a Trump supporter and both interviewers acted hostile after that assumption (I'm not). Went on telling other candidates about me and my assumed political position. They don't seem to understand the differences in acceptable behavior between Europe and the United States. Feedback said I had poor customer service skills after working in customer-facing roles successfully for over 5 years. The team manager does not understand how indexing works and tried to tell me that re-indexing a table after every input is faster than auto-indexing. The language barrier is a huge problem for US employees because the questions were not worded properly and the initial assessment had grammatical and logical errors everywhere.
