Tell me about yourself and why you think you will be good for this role.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Oracle (Austin, TX) in Dec 2024
Interview
I had an initial screening with a recruiter, then two back-to-back interviews with other staff members, including a mock sales call. I heard back about their decision the next day. They were very transparent throughout the hiring process, evening insinuating that I already had secured the job.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Oracle (Chicago, IL) in Dec 2023
Interview
Very standard interview process. Very friendly people. I was stressing about the role play portion however they were very transparent on what they were looking for in the documents provided by the company. Mine was a coffee shop selling a subscription to a client. Very standard + easy.
