The process overall was simple but also worth preparing for. In particular, during one of the two required interviews during the final round there is a required mock-sales call. While it is expected that the candidate will not have much experience, there is an element of preparation needed beforehand.

Interview
3 rounds - one short phone interview, one longer one, and then a "super day". Super day consisted of about 20 other candidates interviewing at the same time and ended with an hour-long one on one with manager.
First round HR call, followed by an assessment. If they liked you, they would set a call up with the Hiring manager, then move on to 2 calls with members of the team.
