Question 1
Tell me about a time where you had to adapt to certain conditions, and how did you do it?
Started with a phone call with recruiter-30ish mins, basic introductory screening. Next was orientation then 2 back to back 30-minute Zoom interviews with 2 different Sales development managers, and then another final interview with the Regional Director (but my case was unique). Had to pitch a product in one of the interviews, a mock sales call.

Interview
1st step is a 30 minute phone call with the initial recruiter. 2nd part is a two 45 minute interviews with different managers, both behavioral and sales pitch being in the second interview.
