Phone Interview for brief personal information and understanding the preference and the background. Then the interviewer will explain and provide basic information of the company and the job. The interviewer will also give comments to how suitable candidate is to the position that he/she is applying.

I was reached out to on LinkedIn. First interview went super well. Second interview, not so good. I greeted the interviewer twice and they did not respond. They did not seem engaged with me, despite my knowledge and experience. Asked me 2-3 questions that were the same.
