I had interviewed for a different role previously and it was recommended that I apply for this role as it best matched my skillset. I was in consistent correspondence with one of their Talent Acquisition people who was very helpful in setting up the interview and asking any of my questions regarding the role and the interview itself. I was then invited to a final interview with the Sales team in Weybridge, where I was asked to conduct a 10 minute presentation on the Octopus EV Salary Sacrifice Scheme and what it entailed. On top of this, I was also asked about my work experience and general life and background.
