Three stage interview:
Initial 1:1 phonecall with a recruiter, where we discussed my background and skills as well as the specifics of the job role.
Next I had an assessment, where I replied to sample customer emails using information from the company website - this was very useful as it's a further opportunity to research the company.
Finally I was invited to a 30 minute video interview with two members from the team I would be working in, where we discussed my background and transferrable skills as well as what I am specifically looking for in my employment.
