Novartis Rewards Manager interview questions

Only email contacts and Teams meetings even if I offered to make myself available for a face-to-face interview. I met the line Manager, peers, then the Talent Acquisition manager, then the Functional Manager and it was not over. The questions were very "efficiency" and business oriented, I did not feel warmth in the various exchanges, quite disappointing. At some point I sent an email to withdraw my application (I did not have any phone number to call, everything was digital), and I did not even get an acknowledgement answer. Felt a little bit like cattle.
